1. Services
PlumbCheck Group provides plumbing, drain relining, gas fitting, water services, and insurance claims support across Melbourne, regional Victoria, the Sunshine Coast, and Canberra. All work is carried out by licensed, insured tradespeople in accordance with Australian standards.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any variation to scope may result in an adjusted quote. Emergency call-out rates may apply outside standard business hours.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and direct debit. Insurance claims are settled per the agreed claim schedule.
4. Insurance Claims
Where we assist with insurance claims, we act as a service provider only. Claim approval and reimbursement are at the discretion of your insurer. We recommend confirming coverage with your insurer before any work begins.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or property damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Privacy
Personal information collected during the course of providing services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall first be referred to mediation before litigation.
